RottGutt is correct, there is an error with the dream. We are uploading a fixed version right now Update: Fixed version uploaded. Thanks for catching that. Make sure to delete the Halloween dream from C:\ProgramData\Stardock\DeskScapes\ExtractedData before running the new one.
The feature just isn't in there. A search on those will be added soon. New stuff just takes time sometimes.
