A bug that I ran across. If you need clarifcation of any of the following steps please feel free to ask. Step-by-Step 1. Open up the shipyard screen. 2. Press esc key to bring up the options menu. 3. This is right at the start of new game. No turns have been taken. Go to the Colony Management screen. Select an available tile to build on. Build any project other then the Market Center on the selected tile.
