My system handles impulse just fine, that said, I despise it. It is an utter waste of HD space and I would prefer to not have it installed in order to get updates. Give me a download link to an actual installer/executable for ONLY the program purchased, add a 'auto-update check' feature to your products, and end the necessity for impulse for those who never want to use it. If you like it, good for you, by all means use it, but give those of us who dont want to touch it

thanks John... I might try that one on my current project.. . BTW...could you please point me to a place where I could find those pre-mod shellstyle.dll with a good discription on what have been mod? Now that would be cool.. some place with a section of pre-modded shellstyle.dll files

Anybody know of a good tutorial on how to go about moving the "Common Tasks" panel from the left side to horizontal, either below the address/menu bar, or just above the status bar? vStyler, your reply, while telling us how we cant do it, does nothing to the constructive side of things for those who are just beginning to try and either edit or create skins. I have searched these forums several times and have found nothing in the way of a tutorial, or information on how one would accomplish this.
