Need help in development in DesktopGadgets Stardock Forums

I hope that someone can help. I am launching a promotion for our site www.fragwear.co.uk, selling geek T-shirts. The promotion is an active desktop people can download, What I need is to have images of our models wearing the T-shirts pictured on the desktop. Now we know that can be done in the OS by saving a desktop image, but the difficult thing is we want the image to change every month rotating between 12 images. Yes just a simple widget that can change the picture each month. However on this image we will want a hyperlinked banner to our site.
