SDCZip.dll Error in IconPackager Stardock Forums

I installed the Icon Packager and I keep getting the error below, Error: Failed to load SDCZip.dll Please reinstall the application to correct this problem I have tried re-installing the application, restaring...nothing. Can someone help me out. I'm using XP SP2
