*Help* Skin remains "Windows Classic" after apply in WindowBlinds Stardock Forums

Please help! I don't know if it's a computer problem because it works on my other computer. My computer is Windows XP Media Center Edition, and the Energy Blue default skin for my computer does not appear in Window Blinds, but it does appear in the drop down menu in Appearance under Display Properties. Everytime I try to apply a theme, all that is applied is the color theme, but the skin is converted to Windows Classic. This happens with all skins, and I am growing impatient. I reinstalled a
