I am sorry, that You are really very disappointed but... 12 files in subfolder shared 4 files in subfolder toolbar are the same (size in bytes, file creating date)

similar style graphics don't necessarily mean they're stolen. I've seen a lot of Vista skins that are VERY close in look to Vista but whose graphics are built from scratch. The basic premise is "innocent until proven guilty" A lot of icons in Vista skin is (IMHO) not own; see eg. this Chinese Vista Maxthon skin
