I want my vista windows to look and act like OS X what should i use??? in OS Customization WinCustomize Forums

I really like how in OS X the windows like squeeze into the icon and stuff and the ripple effects and like how the foat up. Is their a program i can use to mimic that with Vista? Advice please!!!!!
