Unfortunately that didn't work either. I do appreciate all your help though. Do you know how I can get in touch with support since they haven't answered (it's been a week)? At this point I'm ready to just ask for my money back.

Ok, I reinstalled windowblinds, restarted and it still isn't working. I was not using a trial version before this, in fact i had just reformatted my computer before the purchase. I'm using impulse now and it says there are no updates for windowblinds or deskscapes. I will reinstall windowblinds if that will help though. As far as support goes I have checked my email as well as the support website and there are no responses aside from the automated reply.

I just purchased object desktop and everything installed correctly. Deskscapes was working fine until I applied a windowblinds theme. Now it says that desktop manager is not running although I've checked and it is. These are the two programs I bought it for and I'm very frustrated.
