Beginner Help in Docks WinCustomize Forums

i just started using the objectdock and i want to get more docklets i have just downloaded a digital clock docklet and its on my desktop as a zip file what exactly do i do with this file to get the digital clock as a docklet thanks, i know there is probably a tutorial , but i cant find it :|
