Beta players not getting a preview day? in Demigod Demigod Forums

Am I right in thinking that people who have the DVD-Rom from gamestop (or where ever) are playing the game right now? But people that pre-ordered & played the beta etc are not? I've been in beta from the start and can't figure out what the hell is going on...
