Hello- For some reason I am unable to go to war with any race. The game says I need to break alliance before I can attack. However I cannot find anyway to actually break an alliance. Any help appreicated. Also: What the heck is "Team"? I've been a team with every race for the entire game. I never even been in one battle and this game is quite far along now.
