i am using theme manager. When i click apply skin nothing happens, You know how when u usually Try to apply a skin a little please wait window pops up then it applys...It doesnt even do that..It just does nothing.

None of my Suites will work off of windowsblinds website.. And i dunno what to do
When i run DeskScapes IT opens fine, but when i try to run any Dream a error comes up with An Exception occurred while trying to run "Shell32.dll,Control_RunDll Desk.cpl,,@deskscapes" Ne ideas??
