theme downloads but doesnt install!! in MyColors Stardock Forums

ive purchased the houston rockets desktop theme using 'my colors'. Im using impulse to download it. on the my theme page under the houston rockets theme it says 'available'. i start the download and it goes to 100% and then doesnt install just goes back to the available message. anyone know what is going on? they say on the website its easy to install, no chance......... please help!!
