I would like to buy this game but not from Steam. Steam keeps shoving it in my face that they can take away my games whenever they want. I am heavily invested in my games and have a lot of them. But will no longer risk any investment in my Steam account. No I have not done anything to get banned. So just a new personal rule. I know I am not alone on this.
I recently patched. This is still not fixed. Seems like a minor fix to me. Please get her done.
Keep in mind the multiplayer crowd is not around to answer this poll as they have already given up on Elemental being that kind of platform. But considering that I had to buy a second copy to find out that the multiplayer does not work. Its really not fair. When playing multiplayer, we cannot build anything in our settlement like huts, workshops etc.... It worked occasionally, but gets to a point that you cannot build anything in your settlement. Even if you hit the "Build" button, nothing happens. This must be a bug created from a patch most likely. Please FIX this.....
Turns out MP is not playable. Though the turn timers are off and that works. But since you cannot build anything like huts or other buildings, I guess MP is going nowhere after all.

Ok bought a second copy so I can play multiplayer with my daughter. Everything worked as far as I can tell, but a 10 second timer is ridiculous. We play turn base games because its more relaxing. If we wanted 10 seconds for a turn we would play real time strategy. There has to be a way to control that timer or something. If there is an AI in the game, well you know how well AI manages time.
