i got it.in that case i can not capture another planets because i must develop the warfare(for purge vessels and bombing abilities etc..).for this i need resources to spend on it.so playing in a medium scenario,(for example 16 planets)at the begining how many planets should i capture,what is the optimum number?Generally i have 3 pl. and 1 asteroid but so far i couldnt defend them well.
thank you too Cykur. but i could not win a game yet in normal mode :) i played in a medium map with 3 enemies and all of them attacked just me with their entire fleet i checked this with my seeker vessels. in this situation other planets of them were unprotected and they never attacked each other(i mean so much). this is stupid.it shouldnt be so hard in my opinion.

during the game i dont know the reason but allegiance decreases and i cannot do anything.i know why,hostile culture increases.but how can i stop it? thanks.
