OK, I think I was wrong. I loaded a saved game from the beginning of the chapter, before I got the 1st ship, and I disbanded the caravan. Then when I got to the Gilden capitol I got a message about Lord Markinn not able to send troops but that he left some carts outside the city walls. Is this the popup you were referring to? If so, I did get it before, probably by the caravan, as you guessed. But if that is what's su

What is with the mass minidumps today? Why does alloy suck so much?
The easy way around this I have found is to take a flash drive external hard drive or just another directory on your computer and place a copy of Sins 1.1... whatever the latest version is and then have entrenchment installed to a seperate directory and make a short cut to the sinsofasolarempire.exe from the 1.1 directory and rename it so that you know it is 1.1 not entrenchment. and from there you can launch 1.1 and the regular launcher will br
Why does Impulse automatically force me to play with Entrenchment once I install it? I wanted to play some multi and couldn't do it b/c I had Entrenchment installed. Now I've got to uninstall it & reinstall regular Sins just to play. WTF. Am I doing something wrong or is this just ridiculous?
He's ridiculously powerful, unstoppable even, later in the game. Once he gets good movement speed & can slow down opposing demis well then UB is insane.
Perhaps the problem is that it's too easy to level...
I agree that there should be name displays or something. Even for the creeps it would be nice to know what I'm targeting. While we're on the display information topic: There definitely needs to be a way to know the health points of at least the demigod you're targeting. Tower next, then spawns. Tower seems easily doable too, spawns not so easy. But it would make game play much better if there hp displays for demigods at least. You'd have a much better
Playing with Regulus on Hard/Nightmare it doesn't seem like his base attack + angelic fury does much damage. Seems like the attacks just bounce off the big tanks. Snipe is really sweet & I'm sure awesome in PvP but his normal attack damage seems really weak.
I think I figured out the problem. It's the minions not the spawns. I think The Oak in particular.
A number of good ideas here. I agree that something has to change. Just think about a 5-man oak team. You could drop any part of the base, including the citadel, pretty quickly if you've got 5 Oaks with last stand parading around. It would be unstoppable.
On a similar note, its hard to instantly tell whether demigods and creeps are allied or enemy.
I said the same thing in a post of my own. Someone responded that I should use the minimap but I think that's entirely inadequate. The minimap is too imprecise to be a good solution. There needs to be some kind of color coding or something to make it easier to distinguish between opposing factions.

1. I think the minimap is a bad solution. It's in the extreme of your field of vision and, anyway, it's too imprecise. It doesn't translate to the individual units on the ground very well. Unless it's one big mass of opposing units then you can't really tell individual units from one another & the minimap doesn't help you figure that out. 2. It seems pretty easy to me. When you click on the unit it has a bar, so add a number, or fraction, in there. It's tri
I posted this inappropriately so I thought I'd do it right. Apologies for the re-post. I was playing solo 5v5 on the prison arena and came across a terrible glitch: The Oak's shield became constant at some point late in the match. I could beat on him all day long and he wouldn't lose any health or mana. He was silver like the shield or the revenge thing (forget the specific names). I'm not sure if he was constantly shielded, if somehow he was abl
A couple things I noticed after playing for the past few hours: 1. It can be a real pain to figure out which of the spawns are on your team & which are on the opposing. It would be nice to incorporate some way to more easily differentiate between the two. I don't know if color coding or an aura or what would be best but something would be helpful. 2. It would be nice to be able to tell how much hp the opposing units have. The bars are helpful but I really

Bummer. I was just wondering the same thing. I posted in another thread before I found this one. Any news on when we might be able to see some action? I'd like to do some testing before Fallout 3 releases!
Any news on when Beta 2 is coming out? I just pre-ordered and would like to play!
