This doesn't work for me. I purchased Fences about 10 days ago,and have never been able to activate it, and am getting very sketchy customer service. Everytime I post a reply to the open ticket for this issue I get an unsatisfactory answer which does not fix my issue. I know it's only 10 bucks but come on, really?

Hi, thanks for the reply...I have Net framework 2.0 and I'm running Windows XP... I had Net Framework 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and 3.5...I tried uninstalling all of them except 2.0, but that didn't help any
I bought the Object Desktop upgrade today and I was sent a link to download Impulse, which I assume I need to do to get my Object Desktop software...I've tried multiple times to download and install Impulse but when I try and open it I get one of those Windows error messages that says that Impulse has encountered an error and needs to shut down. Of course shutting it down and restarting it does no go
