I think the customer service so far has been the worse I've ever gotten.
I'm guessing that they don't work on Saturday and Sunday.
Yeah I've noticed this as well and it's REALLY annoying. It kind of sucks when you die because the game just doesn't register your clicks...
I think that the servers have been down for a few hours so that might be it.. considering you only crash at internet multiplayer.
Ok, I have to say [...]
Play online, there are plenty of "noob games"where you can learn :). I do agree on many things you said though. As for some demigods being better than others ..well that will probably change soon considering all the updates we are getting.
I am getting the black screen, how do I check my RAM slots? (running 3 1gig sticks)
Simply try having 1 RAM stick in at a time :). Did your 4870 come with any additional software? Like some kind of overclocker tool etc?

I have gone through all of the suggestions I could find on the Demigod forums and none of them worked. My computer can easily handle a game like this so it is more than a little frustrating that I just wasted $40 on a game that won't even launch. And the issue appears to be getting zero attention what with all of the other problems that plague the game so
YEs this is the only game that causes this crash, I've ran Crysis, Source games (HL2, TF2, Portal), and most recently Sins just fine. But to be completely honest, I'm not sure what power supply I have. COuyld that be whats causing this? More than likely it's a stock HP power supply (this computer wasn't mine originally, I bought it off a friend who was going to Iraq).
No it's not your power supply since you can run even Crysi
Is Demigod the only game that causes your computer to crash? What Power Supply do you have?
It really is a pain. I wish it was more like in Steam so I could change my username anytime I wanted alt an option in game to change it. This is what I got from someone quite friendly. 1. Log in to Impulse 2. Click on the "Community" tab on the top left. 3. Click "My Impulse" at the bottom left. 4. Click on "Account" towards the top. 5. Click on "Login" 6. You should now see the form to change your user name.
