Ranking System in Demigod Multiplayer Demigod Forums

I hope I'm posting this in the right spot, but regardless, I know I'm rather tired of the win% being the only thing displayed from the player info box. I saw some stuff about the "Experience" now, and don't know if it's explained somewhere, but I certainly haven't found it yet. Since "Experience" is currently being used to rank players, could I at least know what goes into the calculation, even if I'm not provided with the weighting for each part? Secondly, to address the
