I tried that! It looked promising, i got the messed up splash screen but it still came up with the error that it cannot find the Direct 3D. I run off a laptop, and i think it has a built in video card, does that matter?

Can't Start Game in Demigod Problem Reports Demigod Forums

So i just recently got Demigod and my computer has all the requirements. I looked up and i have Direct 3D, my software is all up to date. I still can't start up the game, when i start it, it goes black like it will start, splash screen comes up and then goes back to my desktop. It says that it can't run because it doesn't have Direct 3D but i clearly do. I know others have posted about this, and there has been no straight answer on the subject.
