Another thought is where should we be aiming the balance line? I, personally, feel that BotF and BotS are about the right level for these kinds of items as, while they provide great advantages, they doesn't make one invincible and at the same time allows a player to augment their build enough that it opens a few new doors in terms of play styles. To keep things moving, here are a few more ideas: Favour Items Dark Crim
Schobbo
I would pay for new demigods and for new maps as well, a map pack would be really nice
I'm one of those who don't play Demigod at the moment, I played it a lot after it came out, but after hundreds of games I stopped playing, I love this game and I will come back to it when 1.2 AND the new demigods are out.
I don't like this either, why buff an item thats is already very good? also I think the new favor items might be OP too :/ the rest of the changes are very good though, but why screw them up by adding new OP stuff and imbalances
I agree with most of the previous posts, the changes look good, except for the new favor items that are just better versions of the items that are already in the game, blood of the fallen was good enough already, theres no need for an even stronger version of that.
maybe it has something to do with the game language, I know that if the game isnt set to english (especially know on 'polish' setting) that it sometimes creates desyncs on certain announcements.
Good idea buddy, double cast time and a more obivous animation would be sweet.
Funny how many people that claim to not like this game comment here, shouldnt you guys play those other games that you like better instead? guess they arent that good after all if you spend your time on these forums instead.
I think EXP ugprades are okay as they are now, getting the first two of those is really good, if you also hold the exp flag at the same time you will be 2-3 levels ahead soon enough. As for the other upgrades, I agree that they need to be improved, since all upgrades on towers give you the same health/damage boost, they should also cost the same instead of getting more expensive with each upgrade. Same for currency, 3 ugprades, 1800gold each, +4gold each.

The first point is by far the most effective, but you never 'arrive' at a strong point later on. I think if structural transfer 2 through 4 each gave -2 seconds to the channel duration, but the same total health, it'd be pretty awesome. At level four you'd channel for only 4 seconds, and get 2000 health, not a bad snack mid combat. Yeti's need to do signi
Quoting viras09, reply 5 I hope people start realize that DG is more fun than HoN. I think many ppl feel the need to try it out but eventually they will get tired of it. Did you ever try HoN? Most of avid demigod players I know had been moved to HoN, and none of them (including me) is willing to go back to Demigod.
</
Heroes of Newerth is just boring, I played the beta and when you got a game that last over 30+ minutes it gets really boring, because there is nothing to do other than killing creeps and killing heroes.
I played the HoN beta too, but not for long because the game is just boring, it might have some nice features that demigod doesnt have, but it doesnt matter because its soooooo damn boring.
well, I guess after playing 24 hours a day for several months, he has to sleep for at least a month.
Sweet! I will download the patch now ;-) thanks guys for all the work you put into this. also I love the way you edited inappropriate comments, really funny and much better than locking the thread. good job.
Haven't played the game for a while, but I will be back once 1.2 is complete. How about the achievements? will those work when 1.2 is released?
Happens on every skill cast for all chars as well.
but only QoT does it without using a skill and while moving, she just randomly changes the target for no reason.
I was hoping to see a full video of the game captured directly from one of the players monitors :-/ hard to see whats going on
Video will be going up soon.
thats great ;-)
Really cool. I always love chain lightning ;-) it's gonna be kinda hard to use mana surge effectively though, since you cant see how much mana your allies have, I guess you have to wait for the "oom" message then ;-) could turn out pretty helpful, wonder how much mana it costs and how much it restores.
busdude stop whining. If you see the UB using it why arent you anticipating/countering it. Its pretty much the same as an healing pot.
An instant heal 4000hp potion -.- Really the only thing you can do in that situation is run away and wait until the effect is over.
Looks very cool, but i hope shadow swap range isnt very long, because it would be instant kill if you swap places with an enemy and he ends up in the middle of 2or3 enemys.
I use scalemail a lot, and later i replace it with nimoth chest. for 400gold, 600 armor, great deal and you dont lose much gold when you sell it later.
Random is random. Nothing wrong with it.
