Do I have to be On-line to play? in Stardock Support General Stardock Forums

Just that question. I do not have internet at home (my local carrier, well lets just say we don't get along and leave it at that, shall we) and I cannot only pllay when I am out at resturants and stuff. So, I would like to be able to play off line. Can I?
