trouble with old version in Sins of a Solar Empire Stardock.net Forums

Ok, so I just recently decided to revisit my original Sins game but its an old Impulse version, I believe from Gamestop if I remember right. Im having trouble signing in to update the game through them. Im assuming Impulse no longer exists? Is it just gonna be simpler for me to go grab a new Trinity Pack than trying to update/upgrade my old version? Just felt like playing the original again a few times :) Thanks for your time.&n

This is somewhat of a related question so ill try posting it here. I just bought the game and during the first tutorial i discovered a problem with drag selecting, to select a group of ships. I wouldnt worry bout it for now except i cant continue in the tutorial until i accomplish this. hehe I would like to finish the tutorial just to see the rest of it. My mouse seems to be working fine otherwise. Its left clicking fine and all, just cant seem to get it to drag select. If anyone r
