Looking for the German silver XP skin in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I once saw a German girl's XP theme. I asked her where she got that skin, and she says it's how XP really looks for the German version. It looked very basic, but that's how I like it. Anyone know where I can get it? All the skins in this site are too fancy.
