OD screws with things, doesn't work right, and I found a way to achieve what I wanted w/ Rocketdoc. Good luck on delevopment, I'll check in occasionally.

Are Folders Drag and Drop on ObjectDock? in ObjectDock Stardock Forums

When you don't lock dragging, files you try to drop in My Docs or the Recycle Bin are put on the doc. Sometimes you can put them into the Recycle bin, but never into My Docs or other folders. When you lock dragging, you cannot put anything in folders or recycle by dragging over them - only by opening them first. Any ideas? If I can't find a way to fix this, I'll have to go back to Rocketdock. The only reason I went to Objectdock to begin with is because you can reserve the screen edge, so win

OK, I was thick - I could find "shortcuts" for what I wanted, but couldn't install them.Then I tried dragging them to the dock,and loand behold! Just change the graphic and it's there.

It's a start for now, but really has too many options. I want to use it on a guest account and don't want them to have the options of locking the workstation, forcing a shutdown or hibnernating. I have found Shut Down options, but want a simple Log Off. Thanks!

Thanks for reply. Looking for an Objectdock solution - does it work with that? Also, I run XP Pro, so no sidebar. I installed ThoosjeSidebar, but cannot get it to work with that.
