Wrong starting projects in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

When I start I new game, my available buildings are wrong. I'm starting with all defaults, and when I try to build my first things on earth, I can't build farms. Only, "Entertainment Network" "Innovation complex" "Market Center" "Research Lab" and "Traditional Factory" A lot of those are high level buildings, but I don't even have the basics. \ It was a paint getting this game to even launch with out crashing, and I can't even get it to accept my CD key, so I'm just playing with out i
