Hey, Vyandor, did you ever get a response from support on this? I'm now in the same position. Edit: Resolved. While there's no option on the steam store itself, the Stardock Sins of a Solar Empire II website does have the option to purchase the upgrade and will provide you with a steam key for that upgrade. Okay, so, normally, I don't even log in on these forums...(This might actually be my first post here and I've had an account for years!) I play Firestorm Armada with some friends at college and we also have a love of Sins.
