Serial Number Problem. in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

I have to begin by stating I'm *wildly* unimpressed with the problems I've been having just getting Galactic Civilizations registered. Its starting to get to the point where I'm believing that this is the first software company that actively does not want its product to be registered in any way shape or form. I had purchased a new copy a few years ago from a chain store after hearing good reviews on the game (Which I agree with, it is a very decent game). I had seemingly no problem
