Reply to Pin To Start Menu Missing in SkinStudio WinCustomize Forums

I have a problem where some programs can be pinned and others cannot. Tried everything (including the above) & still cannot find the cause. The workaround: drag & drop the executable (or a shortcut to it) to the Start Menu (the Start Menu will open if you hover over the Start button whilst still holding the mouse button down).
