I have three monitors setup with different resolutions and different scaling. Monitor 1: 3000 x 2000 at 200% scale Monitor 2: 3840 x 2160 at 150% scale (main monitor in Windows) Monitor 3: 2560 x 1440 at 125% scale If I change the mouse size on monitor 1 it works on monitor 1 but it maintains the original size on monitors 2 and 3. One more observation. I don't think the white stripe should be there in File Explorer on a dark theme:

I have "Apply styles to Google Chromium base browsers" set. When I open the browser from the task bar it works fine. For example, with the Cairo Dark theme applied the title bar appears black.
