Having played many a TD in the past... score unlocking things is REALLY boring. I understand unlocking things through progression, but using arbitrary 'score' to unlock upgrades and towers is very boring as it adds needless grinding to the game. From what I've seen you don't even get a single score per mission, I can rerun the first mission 100 times and have everything unlocked. Score is great for leaderboards, but not for unlocking things. If you set your gamespeed to pause, then use the 'flight tracker' option to see the path air units will take, when you leave the tracker it'll set your game to minimum speed. This can be especially deadly if it goes unnoticed during setup and suddenly you are hit by units you weren't ready for.

I'd just love to say Ashes is one of your best games yet, even bigger and better than GalCiv3 in my opinion! I love all the new options for speeds in your game. So many unique new units that add just enough to be useful in their own niches. The only qualm I have is, why do some maps require 6 cores? Is there a way to override that?

Alrighty, so I had an idea about making stock closer to its real world counterpart.
