WinOptimizer 15 in Other Stardock Software Stardock Forums

After running an optimize, the taskbar became transparent after a reboot. I use a custom theme. The button in windows setup that controls transparency: Settings / Personalization / Colors -> Transparency Effects toggle now has the opposite effect: on transparent the taskbar is a solid color. -Pete

This has just happened to me too. Settings now says immersive control panel.
