Apply .doctheme icons in Docks WinCustomize Forums

I've just installed and am using OD free. So I've downloaded and imported a few .doctheme files. I can go in to the "Doc settings..." -> Appearance tab and change the background. I can go to the Effects tab and change the running indicators. However, apart from changing each icon on the dock individually (which takes forever), I don't see a way to change all the icons wholesale to match the icons in the screenshot for the theme. So what am I missing?
