Pretty fantastic article and I think this will resonate with a lot of frustrated people who feel shut out and even demonized by current games media. But I can't fully agree with this: " People are a lot more reasonable when they are posting as “themselves”." You can look at all kinds of Facebook comment sections on news articles (political and religious ones for sure), or the recent controversial week on twitter, or even just public youtube videos
