Hey there, First let me say that Stardock and all involved have to be the best support team in the history of any game I've played. Course I was one of the ones burnt from the MOO3 debacle. But this is a great team and seem to have the best interest of the consumer in mind. Also let me say that I'm no gamer fanatic - a few games come along and I'll play them. Hello I purchased your product today Galactic Civilization II Dread Lords Collectors Edition, and am having installation issues. When CD#1 needs to switch to C#2 at approx 56% complete, I get an error that says: "An I/O error occurred while installing a file. This is normally caused by a bad installation media or corrupt installation file." Abort / Retry When I retry it asks for CD#1, then once inserted, it goes to CD#2, and the same error - wash ri
