With WIN 10 I had no problems, but after WIN 11 installation I can not install Fences. So may be there is a firewall preventing. But why I cannot install as offline activation?

Yes I still have the same problem. And at the same time I can not do Off line activation also. Because off line activation is looking for *.resp" file while system is creating "Fences 6.req"
