Need refund in Games Support Stardock Forums

Hollywood Pictures crashes often, completely unplayable Sent email to the address given, was returned (no such recipient) Obviously, I cant accept this How do I get a refund?

I guess I'll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company, since the product is defective and I can't get anyone to fix it or refund me. You'd think they'd want to avoid that, since every dispute costs them an additional $50 in fees (if they win, they will get it back, but they can't win a dispute in which the product doesn't work).
