hm, the quote button doesn't work with chrome it seems. anyway: EULA's are not legally bounding in quite a few countries (as far as I know, especially around EU), due to not requiring actual signature. Still used to reading them in case there is something worrisome though, spotted the same (and reference to stardock central as well.. I suppose it should be impulse these days).

survey has been closed.. couldn't answer. good: In any case, have been able to launch and play the game successfully (to some extent anyway) on Win7 x64. Used ATI & FullHD for playing and it went fine. (including using the setup-menu for that) bad: loading save games does not work, and sometimes a unit is shown but not selectable (happened in first game). Stardock Forumswell, could it be possible to send reminder to people to update their information say a week before you actually make beta available ? That way the date doesn't come up so suddenly. luckily mine went thru, but with bit of bad luck sudden act (I had forgotten it already) causes trouble.. especially without receiving exact time frame beforehand. (oh well, if there was I missed it).
